We are a fast paced small construction company searching for residential construction framers. We primarily work in the Leelanau and Grand Traverse County area. We work year round, Monday - Friday, 40+ hour weeks. Paid holidays, Paid vacation after a year. Must be able to work independently and as a team. Must have experience in framing, blueprint reading, some knowledge of technology, must be able to take constructive criticism and communicate easily. Must be able and willing to work in all types of weather.
Must have your own reliable transportation every day to be on site on time. Your own tools is a plus but the proper tools can also be provided. Must be up front with anything happening that may prevent you from being on time or putting in a full 8 hour day.
