Job Summary:
CRDN is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contents Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help restore personal belongings and textiles damaged by fire, water, smoke, or other disasters. You'll work in both residential and commercial environments, providing compassionate service while carefully handling clients' valuable possessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site pack-out of damaged contents including clothing, electronics, soft goods, and household items.
Document, inventory, and photograph items for tracking and insurance purposes.
Clean, deodorize, and restore various types of contents using specialized tools and techniques.
Operate cleaning and drying equipment such as ozone machines, ultrasonic cleaners, and industrial washers.
Assist with delivery and pack-back of restored items to clients' homes or businesses.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate with clients, team members, and insurance adjusters professionally and compassionately.
Complete job paperwork and digital records accurately and timely.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varied environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or after-hours, depending on client needs.
Previous restoration, cleaning, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
