▸Operate retail store independently from 10am-6pm

▸Manage the store space: handle keys and cash, keep the store and entrance inviting, maintain the sales floor, update the window display, and other small creative projects.

▸Seek & Execute Sales: Engage visitor, follow sales procedures to protocol.

▸Customer Service: Learn Yana Dee fabrics, colors, care instructions, sizes, styles, uses, and product names. Additionally, you will need to be approachable and friendly to customers and visitors, even in challenging situations.

▸Contribute Marketing Content: Our business uses our store presence, as well as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google, Etsy, and our own blog and website to market to potential customers.

▸Flexible Days, Fixed Hours. We are open every day from 10am-6pm (closed some holidays). We are looking for someone to work 3-4 consistent shifts per week.

▸Full Time could be achieved if you have the required skills to work in the studio, in addition to the store. Full time could also be achieved by successfully driving significant growth in online or wholesale orders.

▸Pay is based on performance. There is a very high potential for pay growth from this starting wage.
