Elevation Custom Coatings is looking for skilled painters to join our growing team. We have an abundance of interior residential new construction, residential re-paints and light commercial work that will carry us through the winter and right into and already booked spring. We're a newer company just finishing our first year with flying colors and currently in the process of moving into a full shop and office building so there's tremendous opportunity for growth.
If you're an experienced painter that either has a questionable winter ahead of you or if you feel like you've hit your ceiling in your career and would like to get into an environment where you can create your own role then Elevation Custom Coatings might just be the place.
We work Monday through Friday 8 to 4:30 mostly in the Leelanau County, Benzie County, Traverse City and Torch Lake areas. We value a healthy life/work balance, so we almost never work weekends. We're heavily focused on a positive work environment and culture. We're all in business to make money but we believe profits will come naturally with happy employees and it's already starting to show!
We currently have 6 employees, half of which came on board from the owners past project management experience in the area and we're looking to grow our team with key individuals to handle the workload in front of us and beyond. Our goal is to expand our field operations at a healthy pace and see if we can hire up from within for positions like Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager etc. but if your ideal job is just to be respected while practicing your craft, working with good people in a low stress environment then we have just that position waiting for you right now!
