Seeking reliable and experienced carpenter(s) for general construction in Leelanau County.
Short and long term projects. Could also use a Carpenter's helper.
$20 - $30/hr. pay, based on experience and knowledge
Full time or part time options. Depending on work load, full time is generally 4-10's (four ten hour days, off on Friday).
Looking for people with reliable transportation and hand tools, valid driver’s license, at least 3-5 years of carpentry experience, proficient in use of basic carpentry tools and equipment, ability to read drawings and blueprints and take accurate measurements, attention to detail, work independently at times, a few good references
Responsibilities may include:
Prepare or assist with the site prep and end of day cleanup
Work with and around other subcontractors on jobsite
Receive materials at jobsite and review for accuracy and quality
Demolition
Framing, cabinet work, windows, doors, decks, trim work, hardware
Erect scaffolding
Indoor and outdoor work
