Halligan Painting Inc seeks the following:
Lump-sum wallcovering installer(s) for new hotel in the Traverse City area.
Contract is full install of all vinyl wallcovering at the new Fairfield Inn across from Meijer on 31.
All wallcovering is supplied by Halligan Painting Inc.
Subcontractor is responsible for all other items including but not limited to labor and sundries.
Job is slated to start spring 2024 and finish this summer.
Subcontractor to be licensed and fully insured to be considered.
Please no contactor with General Contract or owner.
