Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in NORTHVILLE, Michigan. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing and executing collection operations and processes.Responsibilities: Handle customer contacts and liaise with the sales team Conduct collection operations, including making collection calls and sending emails Prepare cash applications and post payments Utilize JDE software for various tasks (experience preferred) Prepare chargebacks and credit memos Maintain accurate customer credit records Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency Post A/R to the general ledger Prepare aging reports and customer statements Work on-site at our NORTHVILLE, Michigan location.
