Master Craft Carpet Service Project Coordinator - Part Time Master Craft Floors Inc. has nearly five decades of experience in the commercial flooring industry. We employ highly trained and certified team members that are the foundation of our award winning reputation. Currently we are looking for a part-time Project Coordinator at our Plymouth, MI headquarters. The Project Coordinator should be a highly motivated, well organized, and a detail orientated individual who will assist and support in a variety of ways during the entire lifecycle of jobs/projects. This is a part-time, non-benefit eligible position. Responsibilities Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Uploading documents into accounting software
Prepare and track vendor waivers
Filing
Project Analysis
Requesting and tracking certificates of insurance
Requirements
ANTICIPATED WORK SCHEDULE: Tuesday-Thursday, 9am-3pm
Basic office skills required
Office experience necessary
Familiarity with basic office computer applications and the ability to use/learn newcomputer applications
Must possess ability to consistently follow tasks through to completion
Standard office working environment; mostly sitting with occasional lifting and/or carrying of objects up to 10 lbs.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience coordinating projects/assisting with project management a plus
Applicable, relevant office experience
Experience with standard office/computer software
Rate of Pay:$18/hr.
