Position Title: Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist Grade Level: PreK - Kindergarten Compensation: Full Salary paid weekly Benefits: AnthroMed Education is proud to provide a United Health Care PPO plan where the premium is 100% paid for, that means $0 premium cost from your paycheck Location: Pontiac, MI School details: This is a Full-time position across 1 building, in a supportive district with great leadership! AnthroMed Support: AnthroMed Education has a wonderful SLP Clinical Director who offers dedicated caseload support through the school year. SLP Requirements:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid MI SLP license

SLP Duties:

Evaluate student’s speech-language abilities to prepare and conduct treatment plans

Provide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students according to the students’ IEPs

Conduct assessments, translate, and analyze assessment results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills

Use professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to make practice decisions

Create a learning environment characterized by effective and efficient process management strategies (procedures, instructional groups, transition materials)

Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings

Develop treatment plans, in conjunction with instructional staff, that are strength-based, as well as child and family-centered for overall educational improvement

Ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery are aligned with school, state, and federal guidelines

Assist and guide teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders

Other duties as assigned
