Job Description: The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the ASC Enterprise marketing team in developing, aligning, and executing marketing strategies for the ASC Program.Job Responsibilities:Support the creation of brand strategies that maximize profit and revenue in relation to budgetary expectationsSupport impactful sales training with a specific focus on the ARMs (ASC Regional Managers)Provide ASC marketing team with key insights and VOC as it relates to future development opportunitiesAssist ASC Regional Managers in evaluating local trends and facilitate sharing of best practice across the USDevelop trusting relationships with ASC customers, ASC sales organization, and key marketing personnel across StrykerRepresent the ASC program at local, regional and national meetings and trade showsProvide sales support by answering and/or resolving customer questions and /or issues on assigned products both telephonically and in personDevelop and/or initiate the development and production of marketing support material (e.g. product brochures, mailers, product update memos, digital media, etc.)Assist in the marketing of our products through exhibits, trade shows and educational lab executionProvide marketing or sales training to others as requestedProvide input in the new product development process as applicableSubmit periodic reports on assigned topicsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required (emphasis in marketing or a related discipline preferred)0-2 years' experience in a marketing, sales or related positionExcellent analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Demonstrated effective organizational skills Fundamental computer skills (Microsoft Office)Field sales training with key Sales RepresentativesExtensive booth work at Medical Specialty ConventionsMust be able to generate and explain detailed proposals, guidelines and proceduresMust be able to analyze and resolve non-routine product issues using independent judgementMust be able to routinely make decisions that may affect immediate marketing operations and have a divisional effectMust be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, product appearance, etc.)Work From Home: OccasionalTravel Percentage: 50%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
