The pay is $20.00 to $23.00 an hour depending on experience.
There is holiday and vacation pay. There is not insurance.
You will need experience at a manufactured home community working with issues such as plumbing for sinks and toilets, fixing doors
and locks, laying vinyl flooring, painting, installing hot water tanks, general labor, lawncare, etc This is a full time job at 40 hours a week. There will be weekend work once in awhile. If interested please email me. Work will only be located in Port Huron TWP.
You will need a car and license. There is a background check and drug test as you will be entering manufactured homes that are currently rented, so trust is important. Thank you
