Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative to help drive sales for our masonry and restoration services. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and closing profitable deals across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This is a commission-based position, offering 6% commission on every profitable job sold.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for masonry, concrete, and restoration projects in residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, property owners, architects, and other decision-makers.
Conduct site visits to assess project needs and prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
Present and sell Cyrus Masonry & Restoration services to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable job margins.
Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Break down blue prints and price out masonry and concrete scopes.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on sales activities.
Collaborate with project management and field teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, specifically in the masonry, concrete, or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial masonry and restoration work.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A strong network within the construction industry is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Competitive 6% commission on every profitable job sold.
The current company is capable of closing 10,000,000 per year.
