This role requires strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and the ability to review, validate, and process entry documentation with a high level of accuracy. This position follows an afternoon schedule to support operational coverage and shipment flow.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing import shipments from arrival through customs clearancePreparing and submitting customs entries in accordance with regulatory requirementsReviewing documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and complianceCoordinating with internal teams, customers, and government agencies to resolve issuesMonitoring shipment status and maintaining visibility through tracking and reporting toolsMaintains compliance with all applicable regulations and internal standards while identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
