Pay:
$15/hour during paid training (4 weeks)
$25/hour after successful completion of training

We are hiring a dependable, professional operator to travel to licensed cannabis facilities throughout Michigan to operate patented trimming equipment. Key Responsibilities
Travel to multiple licensed cannabis facilities across Michigan
Transport, set up, operate, and break down patented trimming equipment
Safely lift, move, and load equipment weighing up to 100 lbs
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas
Interact professionally with facility staff and management
Follow all company SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Represent the company professionally at all times
Required Qualifications
Clean driving record
No felony convictions
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 100 lbs
Reliable transportation
Strong customer service and communication skills
Clean, tidy, and professional appearance
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in licensed cannabis production environments
Training & Advancement
4 weeks of paid training at $15/hour
Hands-on instruction with patented equipment and compliance procedures
Advancement to $25/hour after successful completion of training

Background Check Disclosure
