We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our front desk team at The Healing Room Wellness and Med Spa. If you enjoy working in a wellness-focused environment and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
-Greet clients warmly and assist with check-ins and bookings
-Answer phone calls, and provide accurate information about services and promotions
-Handle appointment scheduling
-Process payments and maintain accurate records
-Ensure a clean and welcoming area
-Support other staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or customer service role is preferred but not required
-Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for wellness
