The Digital Content & Engagement Specialist at GREENWORKS Studio plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing the prospect and resident experience across various digital channels. This includes overseeing content creation, reputation management, local listings, social media, email campaigns, and online events. The role will focus on creating compelling content, optimizing online assets, streamlining digital marketing processes, and supporting overall digital marketing activities. This position requires in-depth knowledge of SEO, content strategy, brand consistency, and local search optimization.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESContent Writing & SEO Management: Develop high-quality content for social media posts, Google Business Profile listings, website pages, and other digital platforms to align with brand messaging and voice. Write and optimize property descriptions, ILS listings, and community profiles to enhance visibility and engagement. Manage Google Q&A updates and responses to maintain accurate and relevant information. Conduct SEO audits and develop optimization plans to enhance local listing visibility within the SOCi platform. Monitor keyword performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve search engine rankings. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create consistent, on-brand messaging across all channels.Reputation & Local Listing Management: Manage and monitor reputation and local listing services, including online review monitoring, social media account set-up/transfer, and local listing updates. Respond promptly and professionally to online reviews on platforms like Facebook, Google, Yelp, and others, addressing concerns and resolving issues to improve customer satisfaction. Analyze online sentiment to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement. Provide training and technical support to onsite and corporate teams for troubleshooting issues related to reputation and local listings. Manage employee access to Meta (Facebook & Instagram) across all Village Green communities. Oversee listening and engagement efforts across properties, identifying opportunities for brand interaction and community engagement.Social Media & Content Management: Oversee the setup and ongoing support for social media posting tools and services. Collaborating with the Digital Marketing team on content creation and management for social media platforms. Develop and maintain content calendars for consistent and strategic posting. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, leveraging performance metrics and feedback to enhance effectiveness. Assist with transitioning digital assets, setting up new advertising and campaign agreements, and updating social media channels during acquisitions or dispositions. Regularly update Google Business Profile posts to keep content relevant and engaging.Email Campaigns: Manage and execute email drip campaigns to deliver timely and relevant messaging to prospects and residents. Continuously improve email content and structure based on analytics, feedback, and performance metrics. Collaborate on email content strategy to increase engagement and conversion.Collaboration & Support: Actively participate in content strategy development to maintain brand consistency across websites, social media, and paid media campaigns. Proactively audit and update local listings to keep information current, reducing the need for reactive site team requests. Work with Village Green associates and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and social media platforms. Train staff on best practices for managing online reputation, social media strategy, and local listing optimization. Assist the Digital Marketing team with audits to ensure the accuracy and optimization of the digital presence across platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with overall communication and branding strategies. Project & Ticket Management: Manage the GREENWORKS Studio media plan dashboard and track audits for accurate and up -to-date reporting. Handle incoming Digital Marketing tickets, determining the appropriate team member to address each issue or troubleshooting directly as needed. Maintain organized ticket records and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and issues.Engagement & Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to boost satisfaction and loyalty. Track and report on key performance metrics, including engagement rates, response times, and satisfaction scores. Stay informed on emerging trends and new technologies in digital customer engagement, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
