Hourly Rate: $19.68 plus annual bonus up to 10% and excellent benefits:Medical DentalVisionLife InsurancePTO401k with a Company MatchAnd More! Job Responsibilities· Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines·Able to work in a team or individual setting· Office experience (at least 2 years)· Required to know Basic Formatting in Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365·  Able to follow through on projects in a timely manner · Assists Regional Coordinator Manager with department projects-  Attend and participate in site visits and regional events· Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports to Operations team· Prepare and distribute Monday morning reports for and site teams· Make travel arrangements for various department managers· Tracking, follow-up, and monitor completion of projects· Communicate with coworkers, Area Directors, Vice Presidents, department managers, Ownership, suppliers, residents, and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional manner· Maintain confidentiality of coworkers, management, Owners, past and current residents, suppliers, and all outside contacts· Assists Regional Coordinator Manager with coordinating and planning of the monthly department meeting held in Corporate and Regional Offices

  • Administers intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render persons insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. Potentially administers anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Provides airway management services as needed throughout the hospital. Facilitates the coordination, scheduling and activities of the assigned CRNAs. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, with current licensure to practice in Michigan as a Registered Nurse. Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia. Minimum of 3 years of clinical anesthesia experience. Supervisory experience preferred. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURES: Certification to practice as a Nurse Anesthetist and maintenance of certification as required by guidelines established by the Council on Recertification and by the State of Michigan. Maintains currency of: 1) Clinical Privileges 2) RN License 3) State Specialty Certification 4) Current/Active Certification to practice as a Nurse Anesthetist and maintenance of certification as required by guidelines established by the Council on Recertification and by the State of Michigan 5) ACLS Certification. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Driving may be required, dependent on specialty. Frequent walking, bending, lifting may be required to perform duties. WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is generally in an operating room environment, but can be in Radiology, ICU, ER, or wherever nurse anesthesia services are required in the hospital. Working conditions are variable with exposure to communicable diseases and other hazards.
