DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Federal-Mogul has recently been acquired by Tenneco. The strategic combination of Tenneco’s Ride Performance business with Federal-Mogul’s Motorparts business will establish a global aftermarket leader with an impressive portfolio of some of the strongest brands in the aftermarket including Monroe®, Walker®, Wagner®, Champion®, Fel-Pro® and MOOG®. The company’s broader aftermarket product coverage, stronger distribution channels, and enhanced channel development will strengthen its position in established and high growth markets (China and India), and drive success through new mobility models and capturing evolving e-commerce opportunities.We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.Reporting to the Americas Aftermarket Finance division, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible fordetailed customer forecasting, analysis of customer profitability, business case analysis, as well as supporting the month-end financial close.The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. You’ll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the next step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager. We pride ourselves on moving through processes quickly, and you can be sure of transparency and prompt communication throughout.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide day-to-day financial analysis and support to the Commercial Controller.

Prepare and Review financial schedules, variance reports, and presentations for various management and senior management groups.

Drive the preparation of the annual budget, forecasts, and build appropriate models to assist with analysis and reporting.

Responsible for compilation of budget and forecast sales and margin by customer and by product line based on input from sales and commercial management.

Assist with month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.

Assist with internal and external audit requests related to sales and margins.

Prepare ad-hoc reporting as needed for finance management, including business units, sales and commercial management.

REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of professional experience in accounting and finance, with increasing levels of responsibilities.

Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator across all levels of the organization.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to present information in a meaningful & concise format.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

SAP and BW/HANA experience is preferred.

OneStream or Hyperion experience a plus.

CPA or CPA-eligible is preferred but not required.
