We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled Bartender to provide an exceptional guest experience at our lakefront restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate is friendly, knowledgeable about spirits and cocktails, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Check guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
Maintain stock levels and restock bar inventory as needed
Process payments accurately using POS system
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Assist in creating seasonal or signature drink menus, as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bartender
Knowledge of mixology, wine, beer, and spirits
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Must be 21+ with appropriate alcohol service certification (if required by state/local laws)
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
