This is a full-time on-site role for a Breakfast Chef at Lost Dunes Golf Club in Bridgman, MI. The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to create menus and specials. The Breakfast Chef will also be responsible for opening duties and prep work. Must be an early riser with typical hours being 7-3 daily.
Qualifications
Experience in breakfast preparation and cooking
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work early morning shifts
Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus
