We are seeking a skilled and versatile handyman with comprehensive experience in all areas of construction, including carpentry, trim, tile, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, and general home repairs.
Candidate Must have a proven track record of completing a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Capable of working independently or as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must possess reliable transportation and essential hand tools to handle various tasks efficiently. Known for delivering high-quality work, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction, with the ability to take on large and small projects. A dependable professional who consistently completes jobs on time and to high standards.
Candidate must have at least 5 years of verifiable work experience, be able to work well with others, and be a level-headed team player. The noted expertise is a must. Please do not apply if you have painted a closet or shed or changed out a faucet for a family member; this is not the type of experience we will consider varifiable.
Candidate Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more and work Monday through Friday, with the occasional required or optional Saturday.
This is a plus if the candidate has basic mechanical knowledge, as we repair equipment such as Bobcats, trailers, trucks, tools, etc.
Candidate must have five years of variable repair or construction experience to show in their prior work history.
