Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning of Southwest Michigan (www.oxifresh.com) is seeking 1-2 Part Time Carpet Cleaning Technicians in the St Joe/BH area to start IMMEDIATELY. The ideal candidates will be very outgoing, responsible, professional in appearance, and hard workers. An ability to interact with customers while maintaining a positive attitude is a must. Background checks may be completed for all new hires. An ability to lift approximately 45 lbs is also required. Prior experience in the home services industry is preferred but not required. A typical day may consist of servicing residential customers, vacant apartment units for our multiple property manager clients, or even some light commercial cleanings. The newly hired technicians will work extensively with the owner for a minimum of 2 months before handling any appointments solo. A properly trained technician will assure the high level of service that our customers expect. Outside sales commissions are also a possibility if the tech is comfortable in engaging prospective clients.
Starting pay is $12.00 /hr. Applicants must be available from 8 am to 5 pm for at least 2 days per week along with a few Saturdays throughout the year (plenty of advance notice). Evening commercial appointments may also occur infrequently. Technicians will earn $20/hr for any appointments on weekends or after 5 pm on weekdays.
