Facility Maintenance Company seeking experienced asphalt maintenance crew leader. Requires experience using boom sprayer application and calibration with truck / trailer mounted units minimum 750gallons and up.
Seeking experience with coal tar. Must also have experience with cracksealing/repairs of all types/parking lot striping layout and painting using Graco walk behind Line lazer or ideally a Graco Linerider ride-on painting machine.
Experienced candidates will have experience with both Residential and Commercial Jobsites
- Driveway / Parking Lot cleanup using blowers and weed burners
- Asphalt Repair Methods including Grind/Mill/Patch; Infrared; Cut/Fill; Repair Compactor experience
- Cracksealing using a Crafco EZ Series Heated hose style lance
- Sealcoating using 750 gallon sprayers with edge cutting handheld equipment - capable of calibrating spray rates
- Familiar with various additives depending on environmental and jobsite requirements
- Graco experienced striping sprayer and line layout
Requires:
- Smart phone for pre and post service pictures with date/time stamps and timekeeping requirements
- Own Dependable daily transportation
- Have a clean driver's license with no tickets and/or accidents whether no fault or not
Ideal Candidate will also have
- CDLB or CDLA
- Experience with Paving
- Desire to run a small asphalt maintenance and paving company with profit sharing included
