Driving the focus and strategy of AI at Kelly

Owning relationships with existing vendors

Maintaining expert level knowledge of artificial intelligence

Educating internal Kelly users and our clients on industry best practices and trends

Essential Skills

Experience in & knowledge of recruiting & sales processes including desired recruiter/sales behaviors

Persuasive selling/consultancy ability to explain benefits & advantages of tools to executives & users

Proven experience establishing & maintaining strong relationships internally & with vendors

Ability to measure, identify impact, and publish results

Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies & recommend innovative fixes
