Customer Service Representative - Insurance ServicingJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our insurance servicing team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions regarding home owners insurance inquiries.Key Responsibilities:
Handle an average of 35-45 inbound calls per day, with varying call lengths, to address customer inquiries and concerns
Respond to customer calls related to payment and/or coverage questions regarding home owners insurance
Interact with multiple stakeholders, including borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
Utilize various systems to research and document customer interactions in a timely and accurate manner
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Meet or exceed internal and external standards for quality and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in handling high-volume phone calls in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an insurance or financial services industry
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer systems and software applications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
