Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.Position OverviewThis is a quota carrying sales position that will be responsible for renewing maintenance and subscription-based software products, upsells, price increases and extending the tenure and lifetime value of our customers. Candidates should be able to engage with various levels of contacts over the phone to advance the customer journey through strong rapport building and consultative partnership. A key part of this role is identifying possible roadblocks to customer longevity in various parts of the Siemens/Customer relationship, including product training, license deployment, and license utilization. Skills include identification of potential customer needs, detailed account assessment, and in-depth collaboration with other internal teams.Candidates will develop a deep understanding over time of the products and solutions they are required to renew and sell. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, phone contact management experience, knowledge of online marketing and CRM system a must. Renewal Sales Representatives are in constant collaboration with indirect and direct sales, inside sales teams and customer success teams.Responsibilities

Leverage phone communication to nurture relationships with our existing customer base.

Comprehend and interpret a customer’s account “snapshot” or current situation.

Proactively identify opportunities to boost customer revenue through upsell activities and price increases.

Collaborate with Sales Reps, Customer Success Managers, and other teams as required to ensure a positive customer experience.

Manage the renewal sales pipeline and report sales activities and key performance indicators during regular sales meetings.

Support the progression of customers through milestones of the buyer’s adoption, expansion, and renewal.

Independently assist partner sales reps on pending renewal opportunities to achieve an exceptional on-time renewal rate.

Execute risk mitigation plans as led by the Customer Success Manager.

Implement objection handling tactics to reduce customer attrition.

Skills and Abilities Required

Able to interact with a large variety of people including sales, presales, post sales and customers from various industrial sectors and at different levels of responsibility.

Building relationships over the phone to develop and close business is essential.

Relentless focus on following up with decision makers and maintaining forward movement of the customer journey throughout the defined process.

Using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage, monitor and track opportunities on a timely basis, as well as document & research customer information and sales activities.

Strong level of verbal and written local language required - secondary language skills beneficial.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of quota-carrying account management experience working with medium and large enterprise business clients.

Must have at least 3 years of software sales, or sales support experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Phone contact management experience and knowledge of online marketing and CRM system are a must.

Must currently reside in greater St. Louis, MO, Milford, OH or Troy, MI areas.

Three years of technology experience, ideally in working with medium and large enterprise business clients.

Sales training that has included negotiation, upselling, and objection handling preferred

Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience (5 to 7+ years of directly related experience with software sales, support or hands-on experience).

Transform the EverydayThe hourly range for this position is $38.26 to $76.53 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
