OverviewHow You’ll Make an ImpactThe Sr. Technical Project Manager – Loyalty Engagement will partner closely with account, technical, and delivery teams, to lead project management, data requirements, and implementation of email, text, games, and AI-enabled marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about data and operations, with a curious mindset, strong technical aptitude, and excellent communication abilities, combined with a touch of creative problem solving. They must also be adept at managing multiple large-scale programs simultaneously, navigating change, and meeting client requirements.What You’ll Achieve

Act as the primary liaison for our technical and delivery teams, overseeing email, text, gamification (e.g., sweepstakes, instant win games), and AI-enabled marketing campaigns

Write and maintain meticulous business requirements documents (BRDs) that clearly define campaign audiences, data inputs, data processing steps across many data sources, and technical specifications for internal teams

Collaborate with account to develop detailed project timelines, ensuring that technical tasks are completed on time and executed with precision

Lead internal campaign kickoffs and ensure teams are aligned on BRD requirements and project timelines

Work closely with account, internal teams, and external vendor teams to define data needs, establish timelines, and validate shared data is accurate and meets requirements

Leverage technical aptitude to identify issues and collaborate with account and internal teams to develop effective solutions

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and achieve optimal delivery

Provide input into account teams to share data insights into program enhancements, new services, features, and optimizations

Foster a collaborative work environment that emphasizes teamwork, diversity, and knowledge sharing within Epsilon and with external business partners

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of business analyst, project management, or campaign operations experience

Strong understanding of data systems, APIs, databases, and technical workflows.

Knowledge of how data is captured, processed, and transferred

Expertise in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive BRDs
