Description We are offering a long-term contract to permanent hire opportunity for a Cisco Sales Account Manager position in Troy, Michigan. The position is open to hybrid 2 days remote, 3 days in office and entails responsibility for generating new business and managing large enterprise accounts, growing revenue within these accounts, and selling Cisco products and solutions. This role also involves understanding and articulating the technical aspects of Cisco solutions and how they address customer needs.Responsibilities: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure Handle the sales of complex technology solutions with a consultative approach to understanding client needs Maintain a deep understanding of Cisco’s product portfolio, including networking solutions, security, collaboration, data center, and cloud offerings Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Hubspot to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities Analyze sales data and customer metrics to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused solutions for clients Present Cisco solutions to clients in a compelling and understandable manner Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term engagement Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with Cisco’s objectives and drive growth.Requirements Minimum of 3 years or more years experience selling. Proficiency in Cisco Products/Technologies is a must. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies and basic IT Troubleshooting experience Must have a proven track record in B2B Sales, occasional local travel to clients as needed will be required Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is expected, experience with Hubspot is a plus.
