Confirm areas of tool steel that will required EDM burning.
Provide workable electrode designs.
Create CNC programs for electrodes you designed.
Ensure that electrodes are cut in a timely manner.
Be able to provide shop floor with detailed burn sheets.
Must be able to collaborate with edm operator and tool makers.
Be able to perform work in quoted hours.
Job Qualifications:
Proficient in 3D CAD software's, Cimatron or Visi preferred.
Minium 5-7 years' experience programming CNC mills.
Experienced in working with EDM sinkers and electrode designing.
