Job Title: Data Manager Location: Warren, MI (Detroit Arsenal) Position Type: Full-Time Travel requirements: Less than 10% Position Summary:

Maintain and mature data management process to ensure processes are compliant to ARV processes in support of the XM30 Combat Vehicle Contract.

Manage all program data elements to ensure on-time delivery to the USG customer, and that configuration of the documents is maintained using Company Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.

Maintain program Data Accession List (DAL) and compliance to USG standards.

Effort includes managing the workflow for data production in TeamCenter and ensuring all data deliverables are reviewed and approved prior to submission to USG.

Reporting weekly status of upcoming data deliveries and in coordination with document owners. Manage data transfers between ARV and its subcontractors and vendors.

Coordinate with ARV Technical Team to ensure all GFI is requested and properly maintained within ARV data environment.

In conjunction with ARV contracts, maintain a workflow and documentation to ensure there is complete traceability for all Contract data requirements.

Assist ARV in the development of Document Workflows to enable an Integrated Data Environment.

This effort will include the management of both CDRLs (Contract Deliverables) provided to the USG from ARV, and SDRL (Subcontractor Deliverables) from program subcontractors to ARV.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience

1-2 years minimum data management experience

Must be a U.S citizen.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project

Experience with data repositories and collaborative environments, such as SharePoint

Knowledge of import and export regulations (ex. ITAR regulations)

Experience with reviewing documentation for data marking compliance

Experience with encryption software

Experience with Data Management tools, such as TeamCenter and Windchill

Familiarity with U.S. Government contracts

T1 government security clearance required, Government-issued Common Access Card (CAC) is required in order to be provided access to the CDRL Delivery tools
