Quality Assurance: Review program management documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Dashboard Management: Create and maintain executive milestone dashboards using tools like ServiceNow, Google Sheets, or SmartSheet.
Data Management: Own and enhance spreadsheets that track application discovery and project milestones.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and coordinators to ensure project deliverables are on track.
Documentation: Manage meeting agendas and notes, ensuring follow-up on action items.
Auditing: Conduct background audits on project documentation to ensure quality and completeness.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes related to program delivery.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Sheets; experience with ServiceNow or similar tools is required.
strong analytical skills with a focus on detail-oriented quality control.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among project teams.
Experience in project management or as a business analyst is preferred.
