This is a 12-Month Contract , potential to extend and/or hire on perm./FTE.Job Title: Sales AnalystLocation: Warren, MIContract: 12-Month Contract, intention to extend and/or conversion to perm/FTESchedule: Hybrid, Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm, In Office Tues-ThursPay: $50-546/HR + benefitsThe main functions of this Sales Analyst Role with support the retail team with key initiatives focused on a Certified Used Program and Customer Experience.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Used Vehicle Market including product, customer, and competition in the segment

Coordinate and meet with internal groups focused on dealer and customer experiences

Manage integration into existing corporate interfaces/systems pertaining to Recall/Field Actions Tracking, Dealer, Customer Assistance, Chat, and Brand Compliance

Improving consumer and dealer experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

4+ years in sales and customer service

Automotive Experience in either field or retail operations

MS Excel & Power BI Proficiency

Project Management Skills

Results-driven, Time Management
