Duties:
To assist in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of hospital facilities in good repair
Minor maintenance repairs and other duties relating to maintenance and housekeeping are the primary duties
Operates floor maintenance equipment
Provides transportation of supplies to and from the warehouse
Assists Maintenance Technicians when assigned to provide additional manpower
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with maintenance and repair preferred
