We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team and become the keeper of our most important relationships while being the joy-makers who believe there is real purpose in helping others design beautiful solutions.We’re California Closets and we’d love you to join our family.Compensation Package:50- 55K+ Base (based on experience) + CommissionBased on sales performance, annual earnings range from $60,000 to $100,000401k and Defined Benefits Plans with Company MatchSubsidzed MedicalDental/VisionGas stipendVacation/PTOFlexible ScheduleKey Responsibilities:Represent the California Closets brand in a professional manner to both internal and external clients.Maintain high quality standards and assure each project is completed correctly.Identify, evaluate, and design solutions to meet the needs of the client using proprietary CAD software programs to complete their client’s designs. This includes measurement of space in the client's home.Follow and understand industry trends that include organization, fashion and interior design.Maintain customer records, especially customer correspondence, before, during, and after a sale.Build relationships with clients and potential clients through networking.Continually track personal performance results and metrics in company’s prescribed software. This includes monthly and year-to- date sales, close ratio, average sale, and sales per consultation.Work Design Showroom shifts as scheduled when the Design Showroom is within a 90-minute drive from home. (up to two shifts per week). If the Design Showroom is not within 90-minute driving other agreed upon duties will be assigned.Create and manage an ongoing Business Development Plan.Maintain an average of 15 to 20 new client consultations per month (Both company generated, and Design Consultant generated). Consultations for company generated leads will be coordinated and scheduled with Design Consultants by the office.Retrieve scheduled appointments and update the status of these appointments daily. Appointments assigned by the office will be kept at the assigned time and date.Conduct initial client consultations a minimum of five days per week.Attend all company meetings or functions as required. This includes regularly scheduled monthly sales meetings, training sessions, and any all company meetings.
