Managing the order to cash process taking full responsibility for the customer order management process and escalating as needed contributing towards a positive customer relationship.

Monitoring and communicating on customer support related reports providing proactive and consistent customer order communication. Backuping team members and across teams as necessary

Confirming pricing and utilizing price discrepancies as needed.

Capturing failures and customer complaints via NCM process; by utilizing critical thinking skills. As well as identifing and escalating customer issues and risks.

Managing Business Continuity Workbooks.And managing SAP data, text, and outputs.

Obtaining and documenting necessary approvals.

Utilizing proper reason codes (A/R, LO1634, Cr/Dr, etc.).

Reviewing and understanding Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators.

Developing an understanding of the customer and the customer's markets by actively engaging with segment partners.

Communicating market intelligence from a customer and share information with primary account manager.

Participating in continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process improvement and waste reduction

If you

Posses Bachelor’s degree with 6 months to one-year experience

Have computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word) and web-based applications.

Are able to interact with the customer in a helpful and friendly manner and to understand customer needs.

Are able to work well in a team environment.

Have the ability to set priorities and manage time in a dynamic work environment.

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong problem-solving skills.
