Job Title: Janitorial WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated and reliable janitorial workers to join our team, servicing 13 buildings including unique dorms, apartments, common spaces, large lounges, kitchens, main lobbies, and office spaces. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across these areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.Responsibilities
Empty all trash cans and bins on each floor, separating recycling from garbage.
Sanitize high-touch points such as handrails, push plates, light switches, and doorknobs.
Mop, buff, and shampoo carpets as needed.
Clean and prepare units for new occupants upon turnover.
Maintain and manage janitorial equipment on-site, stored in janitorial closets on each floor.
Work independently or in pairs, depending on the building's needs.
Utilize stairs if necessary, especially during power outages.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning experience.
Experience cleaning warehouses, office spaces, events, schools, etc.
Comfortable working around students and in a college environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Detail-oriented and able to follow cleaning protocols.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills.

Paid parking is provided, and uniforms consist of black work pants and a presentable top.
