Hiring Material Coordinator!Job DescriptionThe Materials Coordinator oversees the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods at three buildings. Key responsibilities include coordinating the receiving, inspection, and storage of metal raw materials such as steel and aluminum. The Coordinator ensures the quality and quantity of shipments match orders, manages inventory levels, and places reorder requests as needed. They operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, distribute materials based on production schedules, and track material usage. Additionally, they assist production with expediting and solving material shortage or quality issues and understand material properties to aid in material selection and changeovers.Must Haves:
Understanding of metals (e.g., steel, aluminum)
