Man living at the Veterans Home in Bemidji needs an aid/handy person to help with transportation and small projects. This could be one person or multiple people for different jobs. It would be short trips to and from the Bemidji Veterans Home as well as longer trips to medical appointments at St Cloud VA and other medical facilities out of Bemidji. I'm in the process of selling my home, so I may need to make a few trips to New London MN as well. If going to New London, I might need help moving some things and it could involve an overnight stay.
When away from Bemidji, Veteran will covers expenses and pay $15.00 -$20.00 an hour for driving and/or working hours. Veteran uses wheelchair and walker and needs some assistance getting in and out of vehicle. All trips would be with the veterans vehicle.
Applicant needs to be a non-smoker and have a clean driving record.
