Our NAPA Auto Parts Store, Carlson parts stores of Bagley, is seeking a qualified, quality individual to fill our NAPA Parts Counterman position. Must be self-motivated, and work with a great attention to detail & accuracy.
Job Description:
Open/Close Store
Greet Customers as they enter the Store
Customer Interaction, including: ◦Asking if they need any help
◦Out from behind the counter to help Customers find what they need
◦Looking Up & Ordering Parts
◦Notifying Customers when parts come in
◦Cash Register Functions - Money & Credit Card handling
Checking in/Putting away Stock Orders & Freight ◦Separating Special Orders to be delivered
◦Checking Price Labels for Price updates Relabeling as necessary
Housekeeping Activities ◦Sweep & Mop Floors
◦Clean Bathroom
◦Keeping Outside/Inside Sales Areas, Clean & Presentable
◦Dusting of Selves & Product
Inventory Maintenance
Setup of New Planograms, & Resetting Backroom Locations
Keep Catalog Rack up to date
Unload Delivery Truck
Requirements:
Has an Optimistic "Can do" Orientation
Self-Starting Motivation & a Drive towards Continual Improvement
Detail Oriented
Good Communication & organizational Skills
Position Details:
Work Shift is Full-Time, 40 hours per Week, Plus possible Over-Time
Monday - Friday, Some Saturdays
Competitive Starting Pay, Depending on Experience, Retirement options.
