This multi-skilled position has responsibility for repairing and maintaining all plant equipment to improve operating conditions, equipment reliability, and quality performance. Perform predictive and preventive maintenance functions. Utilize best practices maintenance planning and a computerized maintenance management system. Qualifications include: Completion of an industrial mechanical technology training program with a vocational/technical degree preferredand/or 3 - 5 years industrial work experience and training as a millwright, welder (arc, gas, and wire feed), and on hydraulic systems preferred, preferably in a wood products mill.
