Island Lake Auto Body and Transport, Inc. has an opening for a full time (maybe part time). Mail Delivery Driver to haul U.S. Mail from Bemidji to International Falls starting immediately. We deliver the mail to the International Falls Post Office from Bemidji, with a (Penske type) box truck. No special license required. Route starts at the Bemidji Post Office at 4:00 a.m. arriving in International Falls at 6:30a.m. The layover in I' Falls is non-Paid/Split shift (we have a house for the drivers to stay in for the layover), your return trip starts at 3:00 p.m. arriving back in Bemidji at 5:15 p.m. The layover is long, but there are things that could be done for extra pay if a little mechanically inclined, keeping up maintenance on trucks (oil change, checking fluids) or some carpentry work This position is NOT FOR EVERYONE, so please do not apply if you do not fit all the requirements. Any applicant must have a clean driving record (last 3 years), at least 21 years of age, pass Federal background check and drug test. Must be responsible, reliable (tardiness is NOT acceptable and pay could be deducted) and follow simple instructions. You will get up to 3 days Paid training ($45 a day). You will get 5.08 hours a day Driving. Hourly wage ($20.67) plus Health Welfare ($4.98) = $25.67/hr. You will make a minimum of $130.48/day.
