Hiring TIG Welders1st shift: 6am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs; Overtime mandatory on Fridays (when needed)Pay: $24-$30Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building custom parts and TIG welding on thin gauge stainless or mild steel (11 gauge or 16 gauge). This role requires constant movement, as it is not a sit-down welding job. The candidate will also be expected to grind their welds, despite the presence of a finishing department. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality welds are essential. Flexibility to follow company procedures and assist in other areas during slower times is also required. The candidate will be using a Miller weld machine with a foot pedal and may work on very small parts.Responsibilities
Build custom parts and TIG weld on thin gauge stainless or mild steel (11 gauge or 16 gauge).
Grind out welds to ensure high-quality finishes.
Produce high-quality, detail-oriented welds.
Follow company procedures and assist in other areas during slow times.
Operate a Miller weld machine with a foot pedal.
