Job Title: Assembly Worker : $17 to $20 per hour.Job DescriptionWe produce Rotary/Flat Dies that cut cardboard for most of the Corrugating Companies such as I Paper, Green Bay Packaging, and Westrock. As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for moving dies through team lifts and working as a Rotary Finisher. In this role, you will take foam and place it around the blades, using industrial glue. Please note that this area may have a noticeable smell due to the glue.You should be able to lift 50-80lbs, follow written and visual instructions, and have good hand dexterity. The position involves standing all day, but anti-fatigue mats are provided. You will need to be comfortable with occasional exposure to glue, sawdust, solvents, and other chemicals like WD-40. Masks are available if needed. This job requires wearing typical manufacturing work clothes: jeans or pants, t-shirt or sweatshirt, and closed-toe shoes.Hard Skills

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Blaine, Minnesota.Work EnvironmentMid-sized family-owned company with a very team-oriented culture. The company organizes several employee appreciation events, including an annual ice fishing tournament and special food and coffee days. The work environment may have occasional smells of glue and sawdust, and the use of solvents and chemicals is common. Dress code includes typical manufacturing work clothes with no derogatory words/images and no large noticeable holes. Tennis shoes/closed-toe shoes are required.
