Salary: $72,100 plus quarterly bonuses up to 20% and excellent benefitsPLEASE NOTE: This position is temporarily covering a 2+ month leave period. Once the leave period is over, this position would float to properties in need until the spring when we are expected to acquire additional properties for a permeant placement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.Responsible for achieving company and client budget objectivesSupervise all Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.High level of involvement with Resident/Landlord RelationsResponsible for accounting and collectionsSupervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations, including project management.Responsible, under the supervision of the Area Director, for property-specific and company reporting requirements as provided to the Corporate Office or clients on or before the due dateFollow all organization's policies, practices, and proceduresParticipate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goalsMust have strong time management skills, and be able to multitask. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
