Lifeguard - Summer Camp

Job Description:
We are seeking a certified lifeguard to join our summer camp team in Deerwood, MN! As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our campers and staff during water activities, such as swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. You will also assist with swim instruction and water games.
Requirements:
- Current lifeguard certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise campers during water activities
- Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
- Maintain a clean and safe swim/beach area
- Collaborate with camp staff to ensure a fun and safe experience for all campers
Dates: June 15-Aug 3, 2024
Pay: $500+ per week plus room and board.
