Best Buy Auto is a well-established, family-run used car dealership with over 34 years in the business — and we’re growing! We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to help run the front office and keep things running smoothly.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity where your role is vital to the success of our team. We offer a fast-paced, dynamic work environment where no two days are the same — and where your contributions will be truly appreciated.
Position Responsibilities:
Answering phones and customer follow-ups
Managing records and vehicle titles
Ordering parts and handling inventory paperwork
Keeping the office clean and presentable
Creating and managing online ads (Craigslist, Marketplace, eBay, etc.)
Customer service and general correspondence via phone and email
Assisting in day-to-day operations and multitasking as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, upbeat personality with great customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Dependable and punctual — we count on you!
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with frequent interruptions
Knowledge of eBay Motors, Craigslist, and social media advertising is a huge plus
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new tools
A team player with patience and respect for customers
Additional Requirements:
Must pass a criminal background check
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
