We are a growing custom cabinet shop located in the heart of the Brainerd lakes area and have a current position open for an energetic positive person who has at least 5 years experience in a custom cabinet shop. If you have experience in designing custom cabinets as well as great customer and employee relations we would like to talk with you.
Job Description:
Meet with potential clients and identify there projects
Project procurement including design, estimation, sales and scheduling
Conduct onsite field measurements and oversee quality and progression of project
Manage change orders and provide insight on areas to increase gross margin opportunities
Leadership requirements include employee and project scheduling
Skill requirements:
Must have experience and be proficient with kitchen design software (we will train with our own software) along with an eye for interior design and the ability to keep up with the latest trends
Must be able to work independently and also in a team environment
Must have excellent communication skills including problem solving skills
Custom cabinet construction experience will be is desired
