What You'll Do:
Sell and promote self-storage solutions with a customer-first approach
Manage office tasks and maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal
Process payments and handle cash accurately
Perform daily property checks to ensure units are rental-ready
Work independently both inside the office and outdoors
Provide excellent customer service and support
What You’ll Need:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (0–10% travel)
Real ID or valid passport
Willing to travel to training center in San Antonio, TX for 1-week training (company paid)
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and walk property daily, including stairs and large doors
Comfortable performing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks
Schedule:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (weekends required)
