Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a UKG Consultant at our office in Chanhassen, Minnesota. This role primarily involves working within our dynamic team, focusing on the complexities of payroll, benefits, compensation, and more. You will be involved in improving and optimizing our UKG system usage, as well as dealing with a variety of requests and unique calculations related to timekeeping and payroll. Responsibilities: Tackle complex pay calculations and timekeeping issues, considering various factors such as overtime, holidays, and unique time off schedules Optimize and enhance our UKG system to make it work more efficiently for our needs Handle a high volume of requests, prioritizing tasks and ensuring all are attended to in a timely manner Assist in the process of integrating acquired companies into our UKG system, taking into account the different processes and preferences of each Develop and implement strategies to catch up with backlogs and improve the implemented system Work closely with the HRIS Manager to help optimize the system and possibly aid in their learning process Use business intelligence for reporting, working with third-party consultants if necessary Demonstrate a strong understanding of UKG and be able to work independently with little or no direction Display excellent interpersonal skills to support a variety of personalities within the team and adapt to changing dynamics Utilize your knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, Core HR, About Time, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Compliance, Data Entry, UKG Ready, and Business Intelligence (BI) to perform your duties effectively. Requirements Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field. Proficiency in UKG is necessary. A strong understanding of Core HR practices is required. Experience with About Time software is essential. Must have proven experience in auditing. Familiarity with Benefit Functions is a must. Compliance understanding and application is required. Should possess strong data entry skills. Experience with UKG Ready is a necessity.
