This Customer Service Representative job is long-term contract to hire, and located in the Minnesota, west metro area. Responsibilities:
Manage 10-15 incoming telephone calls
Identify and understand customer questions
Uncover opportunities for the sales team
Facilitate business development and manage relationships
Collaborate with multiple internal teams
Field and send written business correspondence
Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
Customer service experience highly valued
Adeptness in account management or inside sales is helpful
Prior knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus
Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
